**Job Title: Inspection Technician** **Job Description** As an Inspection Technician, you will perform facility inspections and surveys on utility-owned gas meters, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Training begins with OSHA orientation and classroom instruction, followed by certification testing and job shadowing. Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, with potential shifts on Saturday upon supervisor's request. Technicians will report to job sites with a list of addresses and operate independently using equipment provided, including simple tool sets, safety gear, and handheld tablets. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Island City, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
