**Job Title: Inspection Operator ($17.75/hr.)** Train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks (7am-3pm) then move to 2nd shift (3-11pm). _Weekly Pay*_ _Will get a raise to $19.25/hr. once trained into the union_ **Responsibilities** + Operate automated inspection equipment, including setup and adjustments. + Use measurement and test equipment to ensure quality requirements are met. + Record statistical process control data accurately. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed. + Follow and understand written and verbal instructions. + Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and written instructions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical inclination and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Ability to read tape measure and use hand/power tools. + Capability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift. + Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day. + Training on 1st shift may be required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medina, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
