The AP - Insights & Analytics team sits within the Marketing function of Visa in Asia Pacific (AP) with a vision to be an advisory insight-led engine. The team delivers consumer and market insights, & measurement analytics-based advisory to internal Visa stakeholders, as well as broader marketing services types, as a Value-Added Service (VAS) to our clients & partners.
What a Insights & Analytics Advisory Lead does at Visa:
This Lead role will be based in Indonesia and will report to the Head of Measurement and Insight, IPVMC (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia). The successful applicant will operate primarily within the Voice of the Consumer Insights practice area with a focus on expanding the insights based advisory practice as a VAS for Visa’s clients in Indonesia while also providing insights advisory for internal Visa stakeholders.
The role is responsible for leading and delivering the research and insights projects and associated revenue, in partnership with our Visa Marketing Services and Visa Consulting & Advisory (VCA) teams. The Consultant, Insights & Analytics will also package and sell our insights and marketing measurement analytics capabilities to clients, as well as the broader marketing services types. The role will also support insights-based, customer-centric conversations internally to support strategic business decisions.
Translate business needs into research & insights: provide subject matter expertise by converting client business questions into actionable research objectives, leveraging existing assets and devising optimal methodologiesManage research projects & vendor relationships: oversee the end-to-end execution of research and insights projects, including vendor selection, quality assurance, and project management for client marketing and consulting teamsDeliver actionable insights & thought leadership: prospect, scope, and execute insights-driven projects for clients and merchant partnersCollaborate for revenue & campaign success: partner with internal stakeholders to manage revenue pipelines, operating expenses, and ensure best practices in client marketing campaignsThe Insights & Analytics Advisory Lead, Indonesia, will also take on the broader responsibilities of leading other marketing services engagements: drive creative, media, and sponsorship initiatives for Visa’s key clients, ensuring repeat engagements and client satisfaction, in 20%-25% of his/her time, in order to have a broader, more holistic understanding of Visa Marketing Services and how Insights & Analytics interplay with the other services:Collaborate locally, regionally, and globally to bring creative, strategic insights, and innovative solutions to key clientsBuild strong client partnerships: support client growth through holistic marketing services, including strategy, creative, media, sponsorships (like FIFA and Olympics), and tailored activationsDrive results and compliance: manage project delivery, revenue tracking, and administrative tasks, ensuring all marketing activities align with Visa’s standards and branding.
