Rotational Program – Opportunity in Manufacturing & Sales

Manufacturing ProcessesSales (Inside & Field)Corporate FunctionsBusiness Systems & OperationsUpon successful completion, you’ll transition into a full-time role in Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Sales Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in structured training and cross-functional rotationsLearn and apply company systems, processes, and sales strategiesCollaborate with teams to solve real business challengesTravel for short-term assignments (2 weeks at a time, within 6–12 months) – preferredDemonstrate mechanical aptitude (testing required)Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationshipsQualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)1–2 years of sales or customer service experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsWhat We’re Looking For:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
