Rotational Program – Opportunity in Manufacturing & Sales Are you looking to launch your career with a company that values growth, learning, and leadership development? Rotations through key business areas: + Manufacturing Processes + Sales (Inside & Field) + Corporate Functions + Business Systems & Operations Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a full-time role in Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Sales Management. Key Responsibilities: + Participate in structured training and cross-functional rotations + Learn and apply company systems, processes, and sales strategies + Collaborate with teams to solve real business challenges + Travel for short-term assignments (2 weeks at a time, within 6–12 months) – preferred + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude (testing required) + Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Qualifications: + Bachelor’s or Associate degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred) + 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience is a plus + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment + Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems What We’re Looking For: + Adaptability + Initiative + Analytical problem-solving + Team participation + Active listening Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
