Inside Sales Specialist

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing existing Ricoh accounts and identifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on customer retention, revenue growth, and expanding Ricoh’s presence across hardware and service product lines. Operating in a hybrid environment, the specialist engages clients through phone, email, video conferencing, and social media, with clear monthly performance and activity targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales within the SMB customer segment using a comprehensive, consultative approach. Maintain proactive communication with existing clients to ensure retention and identify expansion opportunities. Conduct business-to-business outreach through various channels including email, phone, and virtual meetings. Deliver customer-focused solutions with professional communication and effective objection handling. Meet or exceed revenue targets for equipment and services. Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals. Perform additional duties as assigned.  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related sales environment (preferred). Proven experience in B2B account management and development (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Hybrid work environment; must have the capability to work remotely. Standard office conditions with adequate lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Regular communication with team members and leadership. Work involves diverse assignments and problem-solving with minimal precedent. Occasional exposure to stressful situations requiring resilience and focus. Primarily sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting. Moderate dexterity required for tools such as keyboards, telephones, and headsets.
