Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with current and potential customers to present and sell our products. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, and process purchase orders, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive company image.

ResponsibilitiesPresent and sell company products to current and potential customers.Establish new customer accounts and obtain customer profiles.Prepare quotes, send them to customers, and maintain proper filing.Process customer purchase orders efficiently.Provide drawings and other product media to assist customers.Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.Generate new prices using price method tools.Enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details.Exercise independent discretion and judgment in all job responsibilities.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with purchase orders.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Strong understanding of customer service processes and operation methods.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple job functions simultaneously.Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.Good organizational skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of experience in a related role.Good interpersonal and human interaction skills.Self-motivated and eager to learn and expand knowledge.Work Environment

The role is set in an open pit style environment with ample parking. Our campus-style location offers a nice kitchen and furnishings, creating a comfortable workspace. The position also provides opportunities for financial growth and longevity, with eligibility for a monthly bonus upon becoming a full-time employee.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
