Inside Sales Representative
Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide service updates. You will be responsible for making outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather additional information. You will also provide scripted product knowledge across multiple home improvement categories, accurately enter customer data into CRM systems, and identify opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives. You will escalate complex inquiries to higher-level agents or supervisors as necessary, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced call environment.

This position is 100% onsite in Bedford Heights or Twinsburg. Bedford shifts start on February 16th with options of 8 AM-4 PM or 1 PM-9 PM, working three weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday. Twinsburg shifts start on February 23rd with options of 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday with rotational Saturdays onsite, or 1 PM-9 PM Monday through Friday with rotational Saturdays, starting remotely. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Heights, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
