Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Additionally, you will make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather further information. You will provide scripted product knowledge across multiple home improvement categories and accurately enter customer data into CRM systems. Your role involves identifying opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives and escalating complex inquiries to higher-level agents or supervisors as needed. Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced call environment is crucial.
Responsibilities

***This position is 100% onsite, with shifts available in Bedford Heights or Twinsburg. Bedford shifts are from 11 AM to 7 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM, while Twinsburg shifts are from 1 PM to 9 PM. The role offers a pay increase after transitioning to a direct role and the opportunity to work for a growing company.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Heights, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
