Your responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls to support customers with questions, appointment scheduling, and service updates.Making outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather key details.Sharing scripted product knowledge across various home improvement categories (training provided!).Entering customer information accurately into our CRM system.Spotting opportunities to connect customers with our sales team.
