Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative is tasked with managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and delivering prompt, professional customer service. This role is integral to the full sales cycle, engaging with customers from initial contact through to order completion, primarily via phone and email. The representative ensures precise and timely order entry, quote preparation, follow-up, and customer support activities.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.Prepare quotations and process sales orders efficiently.Support the full sales cycle from initial customer contact to order completion.Interact frequently with customers via phone and email.Ensure accurate and timely order entry and quote preparation.Follow up on customer support activities.Collaborate with the regional manager and outside sales team.Play a vital role in the sales cycle.Essential Skills
Sales experience, particularly in an inside sales environment.Customer service skills.Experience with inbound calls and inside sales support.Proficiency in order processing and using word processors.Familiarity with NetSuite software.2+ years of inside sales experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work directly with and report to the Inside Sales Manager. The role involves frequent communication over the phone and via email in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The dress code is business casual. This will be onsite 5x a week.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
