Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities + Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product details, schedule consultations, and ensure a positive customer experience. + Promote products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. + Meet sales and customer service goals to support team success. + Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. + Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed. + Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and smooth service delivery. + Learn product offerings to answer questions and make recommendations. + Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications + 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (home improvement industry preferred). + Basic to intermediate CRM skills + Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. + Comfortable working toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment. + Organized, dependable, and punctual with strong time management skills. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bedford Heights, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
