You’ll communicate directly with clients to determine their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated support for all customer requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Communicate product specifications, availability, pricing, and brand restrictions clearly to customers
• Prepare sales quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Stay current on industry developments, product changes, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Account Management, and Business Development to achieve company goals Qualifications and Requirements:
• Associate degree in Business, Technical, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in industrial valve sales or a similar technical sales role
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital tools and online inventory systems
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing business needs Benefits and Perks:
