Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fielding customer orders via email, building out quotes, and calculating costs based on material, weights, dimensions, and transportation expenses. You will also need to communicate with shop employees about orders and follow up with customers to keep them informed on order progress.

Essential Skills

Experience working for a production-based company.Experience within sales, inside sales, order management, logistics, or quoting.Entry-level math skills (basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).Hard working.Team oriented.

Qualifications

Experience within the tool steel industry.Experience with ERP or MRP tools.

Work Environment

This role requires you to be in the office 100% of the time, working Monday to Friday during normal business hours with some flexibility. You will be part of a small, family-owned business with a total of 4-5 employees between the office and production areas. The company offers a collaborative environment with the autonomy to build something significant. Employees have the potential to buy shares in the company when available and gain a stake in its growth. The company covers 80% of individual medical benefits, excluding vision and dental.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
