About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for consultative selling and relationship-building. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and supporting partner onboarding for a rapidly growing delivery program.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion (75%)Qualify and respond to inbound leads from prospective delivery partners.Conduct consultative sales calls to assess partner needs and present program value.Guide partners through onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.Outbound Prospecting (25%)Identify and cold call potential partners in targeted geographic areas.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through research and outreach.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.Proven success with both inbound and outbound sales calls.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Comfortable managing high volumes of calls and multiple leads simultaneously.Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Preferred SkillsBackground in logistics, retail, or technology industries.Familiarity with sales enablement platforms.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing program with high visibility and impact.Opportunity for long-term growth and potential conversion to full-time employment.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
