The Inside Sales Manager will manage our inside sales team for the Great Lakes Area (GLA). The position will be based in Plymouth, MI and will be a hybrid job, working from home and in the office. Candidates should be local to the Plymouth area and ready to come into the office when needed. Prior management and/or supervisory experience will be preferred.
Job Summary
Manages the activities of the GLA Inside Sales Team and provides an accomplished level of expertise in the sale of WM services, with inside sales tactics and strategies, to customers resulting in additional revenue. Develops and implements appropriate sales and marketing programs to meet current and future customer needs and provides guidance and direction to Inside Sales Team members.
