Don't wait... apply today! **Job Description:** **Overview** The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the sales team’s growth and operational success through direct alignment with SMT sales and main office resources. This role provides essential sales support, manages product and order information, and ensures seamless communication between Regional Sales Managers, factories, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities **Sales Support & Coordination** + Assist Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) with product information, pricing, profit analysis, quotation generation, and order processes + Track sales history, order status, order spec input, and recurring communication with factories on unique or special cases + Maintain order records in shared drives and coordinate with engineering, development, and finance teams + Process new purchase orders, reviewing for accuracy (payment terms, incoterms, shipping addresses, etc.); facilitate revisions as needed + Prepare order packages for operations and support order/shipment review meetings + Support Aftermarket sales manager with system entries and process documentation **Reporting & Analysis** + Prepare forecasts and inventory/stock analysis reports + Monitor and maintain NEXUS system data, supporting internal forecast alignment and communication with the factory sales group + Provide supervisors with updates on stock machine sales opportunities **Process & Compliance** + Maintain accurate equipment order information; assure all processes comply with Panasonic policies and internal controls + Participate in knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and systems change initiatives **Customer Service** + Serve as main point of contact for inquiries related to pricing, order processing, and special equipment requirements + Coordinate with finance for SAP account registration for new customers Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in industrial/business/sales or equivalent experience preferred + Minimum 3+ years in a similar inside sales or sales support role + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel + SAP experience required; familiar with SFDC system a plus + Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills + Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) required + Proactive, collaborative, and able to prioritize and multitask under deadlines + Commitment to customer service, policy compliance, and asset protection Other Details + No direct reports; individual contributor + Onsite placement (no remote option) + Upward mobility and projects possible with expansion and team growth + Ongoing participation in company training and development required + Additional tasks and projects as assigned **Are you interested ?
