This position will collaborate with business stakeholders, third parties, and Product Owners across the iCare product suite to ensure successful delivery of the innovation roadmap. Including defining, prioritizing and illustrating how features are intended to be implemented cross-product over time + Act as an internal voice of the customer (as well as Product Owners) to constantly understand and communicate their needs and participate in the approval of the proposed solutions (incl.
