This role is ideal for someone who is curious, strategic, and energized by shaping the future of how we work and what we offer. **What You'll Do** Opportunity Exloration + Identify and assess new opportunities across products, services, and operational processes. + Conduct market and industry research to understand trends, customer needs, and future possibilities. Collaboration & Ideation + Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Account Services, Operations, Programming, and Creative—to generate new concepts. + Promote a culture of open collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Innovation Pipeline Management + Build and maintain a clear innovation pipeline, guiding ideas from exploration through implementation. + Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational strategy. + Oversee project development, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes are met. Performance Measurement & Reporting + Define success measures for innovation initiatives. + Track and report on results, impact, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement. Marketing & Promotion of Innovations + Serve as an advocate for innovation internally and externally. + Partner with Marketing to position new initiatives effectively in the marketplace. + Draft or support content for articles, press releases, and industry publications. + Contribute to RFP responses and partnership proposals by highlighting relevant innovations. **What You'll Bring** + 3–5 years of experience in innovation management, product development, strategy, business transformation, or a related field. + Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. + Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional projects from concept through delivery. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required. **What Will Make You Stand Out** + Collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships. + Background in market research, trend analysis, or customer insights. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). **Success Profile** • Leading Complexity • Leading People • Leading the Business • Leading Self \#LI-MS1 At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 - $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
