Job Title: Injection Mold Technician
Job Description

We are looking for skilled injection mold technicians to join our team in January to operate and manage our new injection molding line for producing plastic buckets. Until the installation of the new machines, candidates will gain valuable experience by working on various other lines within the plant.

ResponsibilitiesOperate plastic injection molding machines efficiently.Perform setup and minor changeovers and adjustments.Change molds and dies as required.Conduct minor machine maintenance tasks.Collaborate with team members and work on packaging or machine operating tasks prior to the installation of new machines.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding.Proficiency in performing machine setups and changeovers.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in performing maintenance on machinery.Proven experience in mold and die changes.Mechanical engineering degree or technical diploma.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a large manufacturing plant with two facilities located nearby. Be prepared for shifts in a dynamic environment that can be hot during summer and may have strong plastic or perfume odors. The plant operates with over 100 employees and runs across three shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work all shifts, including potential rotations through days, afternoons, or nights.
