**Job Title: Injection Mold Technician** **1st shift, up to $30/hr** **Job Description** As an Injection Mold Technician, you will be responsible for setting up **injection molding machines, changing out molds, and ensuring new jobs start up correctly.** You will monitor the performance of the machines and molds, **troubleshoot any issue** s, and troubleshoot robotics including **Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman** . Additionally, you will **start and operate 3 and 6 axis robots** and communicate with maintenance and the department manager regarding breakdowns and repairs. Promoting safety and housekeeping, while keeping your area clean, is also essential. **Responsibilities** + **Set up injection molding machines and change out molds.** + Ensure new jobs start correctly. + Monitor machine and mold performance. + Troubleshoot issues with machines and molds. + Troubleshoot robotics including **Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman.** + Start and operate **3 and 6 axis robots.** + Communicate with maintenance and department manager regarding breakdowns and repairs. + Promote safety and housekeeping, keeping the area clean. **Essential Skills** + **Robotics** + Mold troubleshooting + Injection molding + Robotic troubleshooting + **Change molds** and color change **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to work well with others + Willingness to learn about robotics + Proficiency in basic math + Ability to measure and record data accurately **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
