The ideal candidate will have a background in stimulating industrial or manufacturing MEP/infrastructure construction projects. + Onsite full-time in Holt, Michigan. **What you’ll do** + Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects related to HVAC asset assessments and replacements, roofing replacements, and roadway assessments. + Conduct periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule. + Apply CBRE standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. + Support construction and renovation projects and ensure detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures. + Support regional project reports, stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators, and promote overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff. + Build relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and explore program improvement opportunities. + Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients. + Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) or a combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of degree. + Minimum four years of experience in industrial or manufacturing MEP/infrastructure project management. + Prior experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing projects related to production or processing equipment is a plus. + Knowledge of MS Projects, bluebeam software, Autodesk, MS Office Suite, project management contracts, and construction practices. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. **Disclaimer:** _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity.
