And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there. **Position Overview** As a NetDevOps team we at Evernorth are bringing Software Engineering, Agile & DevOps principles to Enterprise Networking, and Enterprise Networking into the DevOps team. NetDevOps is infrastructure as code; it is automating network engineering/operations to the furthest extent possible. In this role you will: + Deliver infrastructure as code that has had automated end-to-end testing, documentation via published work & development processes & standards. + Greatly reduce repetitive boring manual tasks so you can work on the fun challenging projects that advance efficiency and operational integrity of Cigna's IT infrastructure. + Prevent fat finger mistakes or other errors and revert configurations back to the last working configuration to restore network services as quickly as possible. **Responsibilities** As a Network automation SDET you will: + Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium + Understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript + Design, implement and execute test cases for web applications. + Experience with REST API testing + Collaborate closely with developers to identify test requirements + Identify and report bugs, ensuring proper follow-up. + Work with the DevOps resource to integrate the tests into the CI/CD pipeline + Perform functional testing, regression testing and smoke testing. + Work with the team to improve process, practice and tools in support of SDLC + Documenting the existing standards and develop designs to improve the efficiency of the automation testing. + Work in an Agile framework, and will be part of the Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint review and retrospective etc. + Strong communication skills for effective collaboration + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Jenkins/Linux/Django/Networking (protocols, routing, firewall rules, etc.) experiences is a plus. **Required Experience & Education:** + 13-16 years of total experience required + Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Computer Science preferred) or equivalent work experience. + 4+ years of Selenium + 4+ years as SDET + 4+ years of Python development experience + Networking experience is a plus. **Desired Experience: ** + Excellent communication and mentoring skills. + Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. + Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. **Location & Hours of Work** **Equal Opportunity Statement** _Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations._ **About Evernorth Health Services** Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
