• Plan and execute migration project from on-premise SharePoint servers to SharePoint Online. • Assess existing SharePoint environments and available web applications and develop migration strategies based on business requirements • Rewrite InfoPath forms into Power Apps • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful migration of data and content. • Perform data mapping and content inventory to identify and categorize site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions. • Develop migration scripts and tools to automate the migration process and minimize downtime. • Design and replace existing SharePoint designer workflow and infopath forms using Power Automate/Power Apps • Identify appropriate alternate solutions for custom sites that can include server side customization including but not limited to event handlers, web parts and timer jobs. • Test and troubleshoot migration processes to ensure data integrity and security. • Provide training and support to end users on using SharePoint Online features and functionalities. • Document migration processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Overall, 5-8 years of experience required Experience: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SharePoint migration projects. • Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration and migration tools. • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site structure, and permissions. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
