Our client, a leading organization in enterprise infrastructure solutions, is seeking an Infrastructure Architect - Datacenter Migration to join their team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting large-scale migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Infrastructure Architect - Datacenter Migration
**Location: Nashville, TN**
**Pay Range:** Competitive hourly rate based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Execute end-to-end data center migration plans, ensuring minimal downtime, data integrity, and business continuity.
+ Design, build, and manage infrastructure platforms including compute, network, storage, and backup systems.
+ Lead migration activities such as application dependency mapping, workload planning, validation, and cutover execution.
+ Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet for provisioning and configuration management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize hybrid cloud architectures, including disaster recovery, high availability, and performance tuning.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering and architecture within large enterprise environments.
+ 5+ years leading complex data center migration projects involving physical, virtual, and cloud workloads.
+ Proficiency with cloud and hybrid infrastructure designs using AWS and Azure.
+ Experience with application dependency mapping, interconnectivity, and layered services migration.
+ Strong knowledge of network security components, including firewalls, and experience with identity management solutions like ForgeRock.
