Job DescriptionThe IDM System Administrator is a critical member of the NBCU Cyber Security IAM Operations team, responsible for being the face of our customers and providing excellent, world-class customer support. The System Administrator interfaces with all our businesses within NBCUniversal and provides support for Identity and Access Management, Directory Services, and DNS.

The Systems Administrator position is part of the Identity & Access Management Operations team. You will be responsible for performing the following duties:
Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations forwardMonitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:Sailpoint and WavesetIGA system alertsCyberArk and Remediant OperationsActive Directory and Azure (Entra ID)Have a flexible work schedule to be able to rotate shifts to accommodate on-call schedules when neededLearn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting servicesSupport Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findingsReview Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alertingAssist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidentsQualificationsRequirements:
The IAM Systems Administrator must have 3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: SailPoint, Oracle WaveSet, CyberArk or RemediantActive Directory/Entra ID AdministrationIAM System Administration and troubleshootingServiceNow, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systemsWindows / Linux / Mac Administration and configurationKnowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, OKTA, AzureBasic networking knowledge and troubleshootingBasic Knowledge of SQLDesired Characteristics:
