JOB SUMMARY: The Informatics Support Liaison will function as a subject-matter expert with regard to the inpatient EMR to support adoption and optimal utilization by providers and staff. The Informatics Support Liaison will have responsibility for hospital onsite rounding and support of inpatient EMR functionality and workflow and serves as liaison between the end user and information systems resources. This role will support clinicians and providers to enhance application technology and skill with clinical EMR applications. Actively engages in coaching and support that promotes optimal use of enterprise clinical IT systems. Responds to customer support tickets, troubleshooting of issues and documenting resolution. The Informatics Support Liaison applies systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users and independent troubleshooting, to determine software or system functional specifications are in line with established functionality and workflows and ensures that application problem diagnosis and resolution maintain highest priority.
REQUIREMENTS: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; basic employment skills. HS Diploma is required. Clinical or healthcare experience is helpful. 1-3 years of experience. Job requires travel between LifeBridge facilities. Driver’s license is required.
This role is hybrid: In-person and remote.
