**Industry: Medical Device Company** **Title:** **Infor LN and Baan SCM Lead** **Location: Lisle IL (Remote)** **Duration: 6** **months** **Shift: M-F 8am-5pm** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Key Responsibilities:** + ERP Architecture Design: Lead the architecture and design of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. + In-depth Knowledge of Infor LN (NorthStar): Leverage expertise in Infor LN NorthStar to configure, implement, and optimize the ERP system for various business functions, particularly in finance and accounting modules. + Finance Functional Expertise: Work closely with the finance teams to understand their requirements and translate these into ERP solutions, ensuring the system supports financial operations like budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. + System Integration: Oversee the integration of ERP LN (NorthStar) with other business applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. + Customization & Optimization: Provide guidance on customizations and optimizations to meet specific business needs, ensuring high performance and scalability. + Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations, etc.) to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs. - -- + Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement. + Solution Implementation: Lead the full ERP lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. + Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
