Influencer Excellence Manager
**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Bangkok Company: Nestlé Department: Comm & Marketing Services Full-time Minimum 5 years experience' in social media or digital role, especially in recruiting and management of influencers **A DAY IN THE LIFE…** **Recruit and Amplify Influencer Base Directly and via Influencer & Creator Agencies for Brands** + Research, Identify and build relationships with micro, mid-tier, macro and mega- influencers, industry/tribe thought leaders and agencies that are appropriate to the relevant cohorts and target audiences and consumers + Rollout and adapt Nestle's influencer marketing guidance and principles to the brand builders with clear strategy to execution framework. + Govern and monitor adherence of influencer marketing strategies in qualified campaigns throughout multiple channels + Create testing influencer and creator test and scale pipeline in order to refresh or establish new creative approaches to influencer campaigns with the core focus of reaching your goals (KPI) **Develop Engaging Content Strategy** + Define platform-fit and brand-fit content ideas aligning the message with the Brands tone of voice and culture. And train brand building community on how to execute and scale in their marketing campaigns + Focus on educating brand audience about products + ingredients, the brand and the benefits of the products (if regulatory possible) + Create a hype around the brand in line with the promotional strategies aligned with the Nestle Media and Creative Principles at a brand level **Create an engaging community and long-term strategy** + Research relevant industry experts as well as analyze competitors, target audience (demographics, tribes etc.) and users (Market research). Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, influencers & competition + Engage and build network with other Nestle markets to learn best in class campaigns + ideas + Assist Brand Managers in embedding influencer strategy, content strategy, and social media in ICP plan - aligned to overall marketing plans and brand direction. Stay well informed on latest topics of interest among the target Thailand audiences and adjacent areas **Plan and execute flawlessly, and optimisation of campaigns** + Track & report KPIs (through Influencers & Social Media dashboard) + Best in class / Optimisation mindset to deliver against targets + Manage content, posts and influencers as per Nestle guidelines, policies and procedures **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor's degree in a related field + 5+ years experience' in social media / digital role –experience in recruiting and management of influencers will be advantageous + Outstanding project management skills + In depth knowledge and skills of social media marketing industry, platforms and channels + Excellent interpersonal and relationship building-skills + Data-driven and result oriented mindset + Creativity and innovation + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai + Networking Attitude + Focus on brands strengths and opportunities (SWOT analysis)
