Don't wait... apply today! **Job Description:** The Hiring Manager is seeking a **trend-savvy and detail-oriented Influencer and Content Support Professional** to join its Consumer Engagement team. This role provides hands-on experience in managing influencer strategies, building creator relationships, tracking campaign performance, and supporting events across both digital and in-person activations. The ideal candidate is **passionate about beauty, influencers, and content trends** with 2+ years of experience in influencer programs and/or social media marketing. This role requires strong multitasking ability, creative thinking, and a proactive mindset to help elevate influencer and content initiatives supporting new product launches, campaigns, events, and brand partnerships. **Key Responsibilities** + **Influencer Relations:** Support identification of creators for brand/product campaigns, manage influencer seeding lists, and assist in relationship building. + **Content & Campaigns:** Assist with influencer briefs, program recaps, content brainstorming, social ideation, and support of creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. + **Database & Admin Support:** Maintain influencer database, handle communications with agencies, manage POs, coordinate product shipments/send outs. + **Event & Activation Support:** Assist in planning/organizing on-site logistics (experiential events, collaborations, in-person activations) and provide staffing support. + **Research & Trends:** Track cultural trends across social media to help guide creator briefs and campaign strategies. + **Compliance & Guidelines:** Support knowledge of influencer marketing policies, FTC compliance, and evolving social platform guidelines. + **Performance Tracking:** Assist in analyzing KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and generate insights for campaign optimization. **Qualifications** + **2+ years of experience** managing social media and/or influencer programs. + Deep knowledge of **TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.** + Strong **negotiation and communication skills** (written & verbal). + Comfortable analyzing and reporting **social KPIs** (engagement, reach, ROI, effectiveness). + Skilled in **Microsoft Office and social analytics/listening tools.** + Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a **fast-paced, multifaceted environment.** + Strong organizational skills with keen **attention to detail.** + Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude with a passion for beauty and influencer culture. + Ability to work cross-functionally and support brand activations at events.
