The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is hiring a loving and patient Infant Teacher to nurture and care for our youngest learners in a safe, warm, and engaging environment. What You’ll Do
Create a nurturing, clean, and safe classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
Provide individualized care that supports each child’s feeding, sleeping, and developmental needs
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through gentle interaction and sensory play
Follow daily care routines including diapering, feeding, and nap schedules
Communicate regularly with parents to share updates and build trusting relationships
Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to encourage early learning and development
California Requirements
Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements — minimum 12 ECE/CD units
Infant/Toddler units are preferred (verification required prior to hire)

Experience working with infants in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred
Positive, reliable, and attentive to detail and safety
