Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of infants at all times.Create and maintain a warm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and sensory-based activities that encourage exploration and development.Support infants in reaching developmental milestones (such as crawling, standing, and first words).Communicate daily with parents and guardians regarding each child’s progress, routines, and needs.Maintain accurate records of attendance, diaper changes, feedings, and developmental observations.Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom environment.Follow all licensing regulations, safety guidelines, and center policies.Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training as required. Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
