Infant Lead Teacher

Key Responsibilities 

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood learning standards Create a welcoming classroom where children feel secure, respected, and encouraged to explore Promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and unstructured activities Maintain discipline and establish routines that encourage positive behavior and cooperation Observe, assess, and document children’s growth, behaviors, and learning progress using appropriate tools and methods Build strong partnerships with families through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and progress reports Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols, including maintaining a clean and organized classroom Work with fellow teachers, aides, and school administrators to support school goals and share best practices Modify activities to accommodate children with diverse learning needs and developmental levels Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and staff meetings to stay current with early childhood education trends. 

Qualifications

18 years or older

Previous experience working in an early childhood educational setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

A commitment to upholding health, safety, and regulatory standards

A demonstrated passion for working with children and supporting their development

Pay: $15.00-$20.00/hour based on education and experience
