Temp-to-Hire position$20.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on assembly line and manufacturing equipment.Support installation, calibration, and testing of production tools and machinery.Assist with facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, and lighting as needed.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and service records.Support preventive maintenance, 5S, Lean, and safety initiatives.Industrial Technician Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance roles.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation.English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
