Oversee the full lifecycle of industrial piping and mechanical construction projects. This role involves managing all phases—from design and budgeting to prefabrication, field execution, and project closeout—while partnering closely with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution, ensuring profitability, accuracy, safety, and alignment with customer expectations. The candidate does not need to be local, though being local is preferred, but must be able to travel to job sites and the headquarters in Iowa. The role requires travel to various states for project sites. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $124000.00/yr.
