Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager will possess a combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to effectively execute their responsibilities. In this role, you will coordinate all operations within the organization, manage the performance of key personnel, the workforce, and subcontractors, and maintain relationships with project personnel. You will interface directly with discipline group leaders, construction teams, subcontractors, third-party inspectors, and government agencies to implement construction standards and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.10+ years of supervisory experience in construction management.Experience in large-scale construction projects including site preparation, concrete, demolition, facility alteration, utility upgrades, and installation of new systems and structures.Knowledge of international standards, specifications, and codes for building, civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.Experience in executing federal contracts, proposals, business plans, and terms/conditions.Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or registered Professional Engineer certification preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with project management software such as Procore.Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.Ability to oversee all phases of construction including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.Experience in process improvement and resource management within a construction environment.Strong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to lead teams effectively and collaborate across departments.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
