Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting) to prepare metal surfacesApply industrial coatings, primers, and paints per specificationsOperate spray guns, blasting equipment, and air systems Inspect surfaces for proper preparation and coating thicknessFollow paint system requirements, cure times, and safety standardsMaintain clean work areas and properly handle materialsComply with all OSHA and safety regulations, including PPE useIndustrial Painter/Blaster Qualifications:
Prior experience as an industrial painter and/or sandblasterKnowledge of surface prep standards and coating applicationsAbility to work in PPE and industrial environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and quality control Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindsetAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
