Join our dynamic painting department, where your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality finishes across various materials. As an Industrial Painter, you will be involved in different stages of the painting process, ensuring precision and excellence in every task.

ResponsibilitiesPainter Conformal Coating: Mask, coat, unmask, and inspect printed circuit boards while adhering to bench-style work protocols.Utilize work sheets and job jackets to understand job requirements and document information in internal software.Mix paint and maintain spray equipment, with each team member alternating weekly responsibilities.Handle materials carefully to prevent damage and maintain a clean and safe work area.Painter Acrylic Panels: Prepare and spray paint small parts, mix paint, and maintain spray equipment while working with acrylic panels.Painter Finish Work Part Marking: Engage in silk-screening, stencil air brushing, and apply clear finish coats, maintaining spray equipment.Painter Metal Panels: Spray paint small to medium-sized panels, mix paint, maintain spray equipment, and mask finishes as required while working with metal panels.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year of Industrial/Manufacturing/Tech School Painting experienceProficiency with spray gun and all prep work, including sanding and detailingAttention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with othersBasic understanding of paintHigh School DiplomaAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in painting, powder coating, paint prep, sanding, paint booth operations, industrial painting, production, paint spraying, coating, and mixing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work takes place in a clean, temperature-controlled, and organized 50,000 sq ft facility with approximately 75 employees. The facility operates on the first shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The painting department consists of 12 skilled professionals dedicated to maintaining a high standard in a well-lit environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horsham, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
