Industrial Painter
Seeking an EXPERIENCED Industrial Painter who will be responsible for surface preparation and applying industrial coatings to large drill rigs, components, and structural steel parts. The ideal candidate has experience with airless spray systems and heavy equipment painting. Experience is required, no training, and must be listed on a resume. Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Prepare surfaces for painting (sandblasting, grinding, masking, cleaning)Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment (airless, conventional, or HVLP)Paint heavy equipment, machinery, and large metal componentsMix paints and coatings according to specifications Inspect finished work to ensure quality and thickness standardsMaintain paint equipment and a clean work areaFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsIndustrial Painter Qualifications:
1–3+ years of industrial painting experience (depending on level) Experience with spray guns (airless / conventional / HVLP)Experience painting steel, machinery, structural components, or large equipmentKnowledge of surface prep techniques (sandblasting, grinding, pressure washing)Understanding of primers, epoxies, urethanes, and specialty coatingsAbility to mix paint and coatings to correct ratiosAbility to stand for long periodsLift 40–50 lbsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
