**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial Painters** for projects located in the **West Fargo, ND area** . This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$30-32/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Apply primer and topcoat using electrostatic spray equipment + Perform booth painting in a clean, climate-controlled facility + Paint in multiple positions and use a creeper when necessary + Apply coatings within specified thickness requirements + Use a mil gauge to verify paint thickness + Inspect prep work to ensure it meets specifications prior to painting + Perform touch-ups and rework as required + Maintain and inspect painting equipment + Operate an overhead crane when needed + Handle, store, and properly dispose of hazardous materials + Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail **Requirements** + Prior industrial or heavy-equipment painting experience + Experience with electrostatic paint systems preferred + Ability to meet thickness and quality specifications + All PPE & steel-toe boots + Respirator fit test required **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
