Industrial Painter – Lead Role (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Delta, BC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:15 PM

Compensation: $30–$50/hr

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to take ownership of our brand‑new paint booth and lead a small, dedicated prep team. If you take pride in producing high‑quality finishes, enjoy mentoring others, and want to work on unique marine projects, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

You’ll be painting and prepping boats and components used by government and military clients—work that demands precision, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence.
