We are seeking a skilled Spray Technician/Painter to join our team in Tracy, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial spray painting techniques, equipment maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate spray guns (HVLP, airless, conventional) to apply coatings on various surfacesPrepare surfaces by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning for optimal paint adhesionMix and match paints to achieve accurate color and finish specificationsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment and work areasEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and proper use of PPEInspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specificationsCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlinesQualifications
Previous experience as a spray technician, painter, or similar roleKnowledge of industrial coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, powder coatings preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishesFamiliarity with safety protocols for handling chemicals and solventsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team environmentJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tracy, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
