We are seeking a skilled **Spray Technician/Painter** to join our team in Tracy, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial spray painting techniques, equipment maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate spray guns (HVLP, airless, conventional) to apply coatings on various surfaces + Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning for optimal paint adhesion + Mix and match paints to achieve accurate color and finish specifications + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment and work areas + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and proper use of PPE + Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications + Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines **Qualifications** + Previous experience as a spray technician, painter, or similar role + Knowledge of industrial coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, powder coatings preferred) + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications + Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishes + Familiarity with safety protocols for handling chemicals and solvents + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team environment **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tracy, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
