**Job Title: Industrial Painter** **Job Description** The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing paints and painting all daily orders. This role involves selecting appropriate paint or mixing paints, operating various types of paint guns and equipment, and reading and understanding paint specifications and bills of materials. The individual must maintain a neat and clean work environment throughout their tasks. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and paint all daily orders following specifications. + Select appropriate paints or mix them as required. + Operate spray guns, flow coating equipment, and other painting tools. + Read and understand paint specifications and bills of materials. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment. + Clean and maintain painting equipment daily. + Paint various parts according to guidelines and ensure proper drying. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in painting and paint preparation. + Experience with industrial painting and sanding. + Ability to operate spray guns and painting equipment. + Knowledge of assembly and paint booth operations. + Capability to read and understand standard work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HVLP spray guns. + Understanding of general labor in production settings. + Familiarity with blasting techniques. **Why Work Here** Enjoy great benefits with a 4-day work week and flexible options on Fridays and weekends.
