**Job Title: Industrial Painter**
**Job Description**
The industrial painter is responsible for expertly applying paint using various techniques and equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency. This includes pouring paint into spray containers, connecting guns to air hoses, and adjusting sprayer valves and nozzles to regulate spray width and pressure. The role also involves mixing paint products as needed, cleaning spraying equipment and brushes with solvent, maintaining the paint booth, and performing general housekeeping duties. Additionally, the painter must complete quality painted materials on time, record time and labor, and perform all necessary computer tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pour paint into spray container and connect gun to air hose.
+ Turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray.
+ Mix paint products as required.
+ Clean spraying equipment and brushes with solvent.
+ Maintain paint booth and perform general housekeeping.
+ Complete quality painted materials on time, record time and labor.
+ Perform necessary computer tasks related to painting.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of experience prepping and painting with a sprayer.
+ Experience with High-Pressure Low Volume (HVLP) systems.
+ Experience with powder coating, prepping, and sandblasting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
+ Experience in documenting jobs and orders.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
