About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedIndustrial Painterto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for priming, painting, and finishing vehicles and heavy equipment using advanced tools and techniques. Key ResponsibilitiesPrime, paint, and touch up vehicles using power spray equipment and brushes.Mask, unmask, and adjust masking to meet specifications.Wash and condition parts; perform light bodywork as needed.Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble painting equipment.Flush tanks, hoses, and guns before color changes.Mix paints to precise formulas, ensuring proper viscosity and consistency.Perform titrations and adjust chemicals as needed.Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing.Inspect products before, during, and after painting to ensure quality.Maintain a clean work area and perform preventative maintenance.Transport and guide parts and assemblies through the painting process.QualificationsMinimum 6 months of painting experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.Strong mathematical skills and basic mechanical aptitude.Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a similar setting.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $ 50,000–$55,000 per year$1,500 sign-on bonus paid out over your first year (at 3, 6, and 12 months)Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shiftsComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and visionOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyWork EnvironmentWork inside paint booths in a hot environment with strong paint odorsFull paint suit and respirator required (no facial hair for proper fit)Dress code: jeans, steel-toe boots, and a clean work shirtMinimal overtime currently, with expected increase to 40–45 hours/weekJoin a team of over 300 employees, with plans to grow to 400+

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees (Contractors would be eligible upon conversion)

$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
