Our team is actively recruiting qualified candidates for a leading life sciences and advanced manufacturing client in St. Louis, MO. This facility operates in an industrial, fast-paced manufacturing environment and supports critical work within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including advanced therapies and chemical manufacturing.

Production Worker

Chemical Packaging Technician

Operational Product Associate

Packaging Coordinator

Manufacturing Technician

Packaging Operator

Warehouse Operator

Laboratory Operator

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour (based on role, experience, and shift)

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (shift availability may vary)

Work Environment:

industrial manufacturing setting

Chemical handling and production areas

PPE required (provided by employer)

Cleanroom or controlled environments for select roles

Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion may be required

Key Responsibilities (role-dependent):

Operate manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines

Perform quality checks and documentation

Handle raw materials, chemicals, or finished goods

Support production, packaging, lab, or warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, lab, or chemical environments preferred

Ability to work in a regulated, safety-focused environment

Strong attention to detail and documentation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts when business needs arise
