The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Serve as the sole Maintenance Technician for all equipment and facilities, ensuring the constant flow of production Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance (e.g., filter changes, lubrication, greasing, scheduled intervals using Outlook calendar) for all production machinery Execute all-encompassing maintenance and repairs for presses, lasers, and other equipment, utilizing strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills Handle general facility maintenance, both indoors and outdoors, including building upkeep and basic plumbing Provide expert troubleshooting and repair for hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems, including welding as needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including significant expertise in repairing manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors. (Less experience considered depending on applicant.) Strong electrical knowledge, including building circuits and machine controls. Proficiency in general plumbing knowledge.
