About the Role:

As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the Operations Maintenance team, supporting the performance and reliability of sophisticated robotic, packaging, and conveyor systems. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated equipment while also helping develop the next wave of technicians through hands‑on mentorship.

Job Description:Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling and pneumatic systemsInstall, troubleshoot, and restore automated and robotic packaging and distribution equipmentProvide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as they build their technical capabilitiesSkills/Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programsWorking knowledge of conveyor systems, automation, and controlsAbility to interpret operational data and support improvement projectsFamiliarity with Six Sigma methodologies and CMMS platformsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with risk management and coordinating maintenance workflowsWhy You’ll Love Working Here:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
