Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team, with flexibility to work either daylight or overnight shifts from 5:00am to 5:00pm or 5:00pm to 5:00am. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, including working with PLCs, VFDs, 3 Phase systems, 480 Volt systems, and multi-meters.Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, including handling hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion systems, gas valves, and performing maintenance on overhead cranes.Read and interpret blueprints, perform teardown and repair, and execute lock-out/tag-out procedures.Essential SkillsExperience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.Proficiency in reading blueprints and performing teardown and repair.Capability to conduct lock-out/tag-out procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsWelding and cutting experience.Ability to perform maintenance on overhead cranes.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39998.40 - $39998.40/yr.

They have extremely low turnover, 2%, and great long-term opportunity. Starting pay rate is $18/hr for MillTech (Entry level) and $19.23 for Maint Tech, but have the chance to double your total earnings for the year with weekly/monthly bonuses. They also have very solid medical benefits, match 401k %, and offer annual profit sharing of around 10% or can be even more.
